Our programs

Employee service program

We aim to support our non-profit partners and the individuals those partners serve through monthly volunteer events and ongoing in-office service opportunities. In addition, FS employees may participate in up to three paid days of community service each year.

Charitable giving matching program

We support our employees in their personal charitable giving by offering a 1:1 match to contributions made to qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations.

Humanitarian relief matching programs

The FS Foundation will contribute matching funds to an employee-selected organization that provides humanitarian relief and/or emergency management services.

Board service initiative

We offer board training and placement programs to employees seeking non-profit board service opportunities.
